Who we are
We work with the City, developers, and fellow neighbors so that new development in North Oakland reflects the diversity of Oakland and the character of Rockridge. Our priorities are simple: substantially more affordable housing, human-scale design that respects the neighborhood, preserved historic buildings and trees, safer streets — and real community input at every step, rather than piecemeal spot rezoning that leaves city planning to for-profit developers.
