5315 College Ave: Prospective buyers had intended to remodel the former law offices into a childcare facility. The owner of 5295 College Ave has purchased the property and plans to remodel it for psychotherapy offices.

5303 College Ave: The owner of Serrahna is in the process of moving her clothing store to Santa Fe, New Mexico. The space at 5303 College Ave is currently vacant.
