On February 7, 2025, the City issued a public notice of an application to subdivide the Shops at the Ridge shopping center (Broadway and Pleasant Valley) into three parcels.
The map above shows the shopping center with the proposed three lots. UBA is following the application and will keep our email list informed as the process moves forward.
