City releases the Final Environmental Impact Report for the CCA campus

On September 20, 2024, the City of Oakland released the CCA Oakland Campus Redevelopment Project Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR).

The Final EIR responds to comments received on the Draft EIR — including UBA’s detailed response, which focused on the issues our community has consistently raised: traffic and congestion, aesthetics, affordability, zoning, fire and life safety, trees and green space, historic and cultural preservation, sustainability, and density.
